Pay Rate: $70-74/hr

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of Project Management experience in the banking industry
• Proven experience leading sales‑focused, business‑side transformation projects .
• Demonstrated success managing organizational transformation and operating model work.
• Ability to operate autonomously at a senior level.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build and maintain C‑suite relationships.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support organizational transformation initiatives within the Emerging Middle Market segment of a leading U.S. commercial bank. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Business Change, with a strong emphasis on improving front‑end sales performance, redesigning coverage models, and enhancing sales enablement functions.

The ideal candidate will operate independently with minimal oversight, bring 10+ years of experience in U.S. banking, and demonstrate strong executive communication skills. This is a senior‑level, business‑focused project management role—not technical IT PMO—requiring the ability to translate strategy into execution while understanding impacts across the commercial banking business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Front‑End Strategy

• Lead transformation initiatives focused on restructuring and re‑vesting sales teams.
• Redesign sales coverage areas to optimize efficiency and market penetration.
• Develop and implement sales performance scorecards, KPIs, and monitoring tools.
• Support the rollout of a new sales agent reporting model.
• Partner with Sales Leadership on sales enablement initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth.

Organizational & Operating Model Transformation

• Drive efforts related to operating model redesign, organizational alignment, and business workflow optimization.
• Evaluate sales team structures and make recommendations to optimize headcount, territories, roles, and responsibilities.
• Assess business impacts of change and develop readiness plans alongside business stakeholders.

Project & Change Management

• Serve as a senior business project manager for transformation programs.
• Lead end‑to‑end initiatives including planning, stakeholder management, reporting, and delivery oversight.
• Support change management activities, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessments.
• Present recommendations and updates to C‑suite and senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
